
After working on the Seneca Hotel for 3 years solid it was finally opened to the public and will begin renting it's apartments on August 1. The Seneca is on the National Registar of Historic Places and had been in disrepair and empty for the past 20 years. It will open with 76 new apartment marketed to the local student of Columbus State, CCAD and Capital Law School.
The Seneca first opened it's doors in 1917 and was design by local famous architect Frank Packard. The City of Columbus regain a fantastic piece of history.
A wonderful open house included food and drinks, it was attended by numerous local dignitaries and the Mayor of Columbus gave a few words of appreciations.
T is excited that it is open and the we can finally begin to move on!!!
