a new boyer...

The most exciting and life altering change this new year is the announcement of our pregnancy. We are both very excited and nervous. We shared the suprise news with our families over the Christmas holiday - the first grandchild for both sides! We will be sure to keep everyone informed with sara's and the baby's progress. You will be seeing more and more baby buckeye (current nickname) in the blog in the future.

Below are some of the first ultrasounds photos. The lefthand photo shows what looks like a peanut - the head is to the left, the body to the right. At the bottom of that photo is a print of the heartbeat - strong and regular. The righthard photo shows a little more detail - head still to the left. Can you make out the little arms and legs?
