Doug Stockman of the awesome firm, El Dorado, from Kansas City was the jury chair. He presented his firms work and then announced the winners of this years awards. Sparks was acknowledged first. He had many nice things to say and was very complementary of the detailing, response to context, and the overall quality of the design.
