456 Nursery

This room is the last room in the house to be renovated! Todd had to do a lot of the work due to the fumes Sara was to avoid exposure to. The walls, ceiling, and closet were painted. The windows were stripped of their old caulk and recaulked after painting. The ceiling light was replaced with a light & fan. The floor received a good cleaning and new coat of polyurethane. Then the furniture moved in! First the crib, then the dresser. We pulled the little red Eames chair from another room and finally settled on a rug. The rocker arrived! Various art was hung on the walls. Crib linens were washed and put together. We're still keeping an eye out for a bookcase. Check out the photos of the room awaiting baby's arrival!
