Todd's parents (Rick and Charla) have season tickets, we get our alumni ticket every year, and our brother in law, Eddie (former OSU class president and homecoming king), works at the university so there is alwaysextra tickets and fun to be had. This year is no different......
With the new coach there have been numerous folks just walking down the street that have been telling Todd that he looks like the new coach (Coach Fickell). Oren thinks that Dad is now on TV coaching the team. You decide.

Sara also convinced Todd to hang her Illinois flag on Saturday's. It was not easy - but at least the OSU flag is bigger.

Todd has made it to a number of games this year (Akron, Toledo, Colorado, Michigan State, Wisonsin), below are some photos.

Every year we participate in the Ohio State Advocates event. The OSU Advocates is the political lobbying arm for alumni to participate in helping the univeristy throught their political connections. It is always a fun event. There is a morning lecture by univeristy leaders describing new happenings on campus. There is a lunch and an additional speaker presenting additional campus annititives. It is now held at the new union with about 400 people is attendance. The speakers are great, the unversity president is always funny, the lunch is great, and cheerleaders, mens glee club, and other special guest are also entertaining. But the best part is the raffle they always have. Why you may ask?.....
Well it seams that the Boyer/Pauline family fins every year. Somehow we must have special raffle powers. We have attended the event for the past 5 years. Again there are 400 people at this event and they give away 3 prizes during the lunch. Year one we won 2 of the 3 raffles(Eddie won a puzzle?puzzle? and Tod won an Archie Griffin autographed hat). Year two and three I really don't remember what we won...Year four, last year, we one one raffle (rick won an Archie Griffin autographed #45 jersey - the grand prize). This year we one again! (Sara won the grand prize-the Archie Griffin autographed #45 jersey). Below is the photo with Sara and Archie-the only 2 time heisman trophy winner.
