the first time we saw it.....We moved into 456 a year and a half ago and have continued to work on the old lady.
She is a little less than one hundred years old and needed a lot of work when we moved in. It is in a historic downtown neighborhood that is seen as an eclectic mix of old and new homes (all in the victorian and queen anne style).
We are starting the renovation installment of the blog to share our progress with those who probably won't be able to make it to the house parties that sara plans after we complete the renovation. The work we have done is a far cry from a complete gut-the majority of the work has been cosmetic, but it has taken us these last two years just to get where we are today. We will be starting renovation installments with before and after shots.
