We just returned from a weekend in our nation's capitol. Charla (Todd's mom), Sara, and Todd flew out on a mission to bring Rick (Todd's dad) back to Ohio. He has been in U.S. Air Force Continuing Education Program for a month.
We spent the weekend visiting sites including several of the Monuments, the National Building Museum, and the National Gallery of Art. Sara also met up with her friend from the U of I, Charlie Morley, whom she hadn't seen in 7 years at the Eastern Market! We drove back to Ohio on Monday with a stop in Pittsburgh for a nice lunch at Sara's parents new house.
